The company operates from a high capacity production facility in Mai Khao Phuket and a logistics hub with cold storage in the nation's capital Bangkok and, although we are set up for high volume, our dedicated team has not lost the artisan touch. All of Captain Hook's Smoke House smoked fish is responsibly sourced and only the highest grades are selected for use.
